    好山好水,孕育了丰富的农产品:从雷山鱼酱、三穗麻鸭,到凯里火姜、兴义薏仁米、贞丰糯米粑……可也正是因为这山一重水一重的原生环境,令众多本应大受欢迎的黔货困于深山。

    在脱包養網贫攻坚的关键当口,浙江与贵州深入开展东西部扶贫协作工作,众多浙江扶贫干部在千里之外兴产业、创品牌、卖产品、增收益,让绿色优质农产品“泉涌”发展,助推脱贫攻包養網坚。

    那么,究竟浙江扶贫干部培育发展起了哪些优质黔货?又如何才能把它们带出深山,走向更广阔的市场?这个夏天,记者跟随扶贫干部,上高山,进山林,过溪涧,探寻最地道的黔货。

    浙人带浙苗

    落户包養绿水青山间

    江从白鹭飞边转,云在青山缺处生。黔东南,地处中亚热带季风湿润气候区,年平均气温在14~18包養℃之间,冬无严寒,夏无酷暑,雨热同季。

    若论生态环境,这里有众包養網多贵州第一:土壤洁净无污染,全州森林覆盖率67.37%,居全省第一;河流2900多包養網条,一、二类水质占比超过95包養網%,人均占有水资源量5393立方米,居全省第一;空气质量优良天数占全年的97%以上,空气负氧离子含量是全国平均水平的22倍……

    “这里的立体生态确实很好。”一年前,建德西红花种植带头人王根法被请来黔东南岑巩县发展。来了一检测土壤发现,在有机质含量、氮磷钾含量等方面的土壤条件优于浙江不少地区,土壤里更是不含重金属。“今年3月西红花种球种出来以后,我更是把胆子放大了!”王根法说,今年预计带领农户种植118亩西红花,利润的一大半将用于岑巩贫困程度最深的羊桥乡。

    “其实他们本来可以轻松一点,把东西部扶贫资金直接投在引进包養的企业上,可是建德的干部却选择用心带贫困户,把建德最能吃苦的人都调过来了,要为我们培养起一支‘带不走’的队伍。”正如岑巩县副县长杨琼所说,建德把5位蚕桑专家、3位方樟专家、两位西红花专家和建德草莓小镇种得最好的农户都带到了贵州,誓要把这包養網里的绿水青山变成金山银山。

    不仅是建德的特色农产品,余姚杨梅也在贵州大地茁壮生长。“去年我还发愁呢!这么大的雨水,杨梅能长好吗?现在可算是安心了。”望着眼前已经有半人高的杨梅苗,余姚挂职干部、兴包養义市副市长施建苗终于放了心。

    为了把高附加值的余姚杨梅引到兴义,不到一年里,余姚市大自然果蔬有限公包養司董事长屠挺已然跑了20趟兴义,一次次实地考察,分析土壤气候,他和团队正在为兴义量身定制一套适合当地的种植和管理模式。屠挺告诉我们,这里冬暖夏凉,适宜杨梅生长,冬天能提早萌芽,夏天气温也没有余姚那么高,结果时间早于余姚,到时候还能打时差到市场上做推广呢!

    “这里不仅有很多原产的好东西,而且因为生态环境好,气候宜人,许包養多浙江的农产品也找到了‘第二故乡’,长势良好。只要渐渐把现代农业的理念,勤劳致富的观念引导起来,老百姓的生活是很有奔头的。”屠挺说。

    小香鸡折耳根

    能人探寻出山路

    这个夏天,来自宁波的王彪夫妇来到黔西南兴义市避暑游玩。一种当地品牌的油炸折耳根让他们吃上了瘾。回家几天后,眼看着伴手礼吃完殆尽,小两口打开淘宝,输入品牌名,想再囤新货,可却怎么也找不到原先尝过的味道。

    “我们当地的老百姓市场意识不足,使得许多好东西只在当地市场流转。”当地扶贫干部说。带着好奇心,我们要求到宁波扶贫资金包養網帮扶的兴义市七舍镇折耳根加工项目现场一探究竟。

    从市区出发,沿着弯弯绕绕的山路辗转一个小时,来到了海拔1900米的七舍镇侠家米村。

    见到我们,村支书杨正才兴奋地带我们参观工厂,品尝各种口味的油炸折耳根。“今年到现在卖出多少了?”可一说起销路,杨正才的声音渐渐小了下去。

    原来,今年以来,合作社总共卖包養網出了2万多袋折耳根,其中一大半都是今年春节时,作为兴义农包養網特产品集合中的一种,被放进“宁波爱心大礼包”里销售出去的。“其实我们每天的产量能有2000袋,可是市场还没打开,我们也不敢一直开工。”市场,是困扰他们出山的重要因素。怎么找到客包養網户,怎么对接平台,杨正才也是个正在摸索的新人。

    在黔东南剑河县岑松镇的另一座高山上,守着几个山头的林下小香鸡,镇扶贫工作站站长邬能勇有着同样的忧虑。

    眼前的小香鸡基地,正是由杭州帮扶资金建起的产业项目。偌大一片山坡上,上万羽毛色油亮的高山鸡在这里自由奔走,吸收的是数百倍负氧离子,吃的是山上的野生虫和原生态玉米加工饲料。

    “这么好的鸡,如果能运到浙江市场上该有多好。”邬能勇不是没畅想过这样的场景。可是物流难题困住了他:如果直接运输活鸡,一旦路途中温度、湿度或者氧气含量不到位,小香鸡会在运输途中死亡,而且从山里一路运到浙江,运费成本也居高不下;如果屠宰加工好以后卖,那么对当地有限的屠宰加工能力是一种挑战。

    “现在不少扶贫资金参与的项目会对产品进行包销处理,可我们真正希望的是当地的能人和老百姓能自己建渠道、找市场,这样,即便将来扶贫干部走了,这个产业也能一直红火下去。”宁波挂职干部、黔西南州副州长田宾包養说。

    玩创意盯市场

    干部变身代言人

    比起发展产业,对浙江扶贫干部而言,如何打破市场瓶颈、物流瓶颈把销路打开,又是个需要“各显神通”的新战场。

    “册望册望,贵州的西藏。”册望即册亨和望谟二县,伴着这句贵州俗语,我们来到了黔西南册亨县。“你们能来太好了,这么好的产品,可得帮我们好好宣传宣传啊!”一到册亨县巧马镇包養工业园,宁波江北区挂职干部、册亨县副县长吴益统便迎了出来。为了把山茶油这一扶贫产业做起来,吴益统活脱脱成了个山茶油专家。

    “这里的老百姓市场意识弱,守着金果子过着穷日子,总是把山茶果这样的好东西就地卖,也没有为产品做SC认证,这就影响了产品的规模化销售。”让吴益统最得意的是,今年,他为册望的山茶油拿下了两块金字招牌:国家森林生态标志产品和国家地理标志包養产品。

    “这个包装还是我参与设计的。”拿起一瓶晶莹剔透的山茶油,吴益统摸了摸上头的商标说,“瓶标是在广东做的,包養包養瓶子是在山东做的,盒子是贵阳生产的,包装成本就要10多元。”吴益统告诉我们,由于周边包養網产业链配套缺失,在这里做产品不容易,成本也相对较高。“下一步我们想和册亨另一个扶贫产业土布结合起来,给山茶油套上包養網特色土布包装袋。”

    如果说吴益统是个称职的设计师,那么上城区挂职干部、雷山县副县长周骆斌则是个十足的电商营销官。

    杭州是电子商务之都,如何为黔货插上电商翅膀?这是周骆斌一直在思考的问题。“去年以来,我们和很多的互联网平台都打过交道。”周骆斌告诉我们,他们曾联系阿里村淘、苏宁、京东等电商平台,可是当地的产品缺包装、缺流量,尽管上了网,也鲜有人问津;他们还试图通过时新的社交电商打开销路,却发现云集、拼多多这些平台重在拼价格,在运输等包養成本上不占优势包養網的贵州产品也再次铩羽而归。

    “最终我们找到了网易严选,他们不但能帮销,还能服务前移,设计销售一体,线上线下融合。”在网易严选雷山体验馆里我们看到:融入苗族神话“蝴蝶妈妈”意象的马克杯、全新包装各式口味的雷山鱼酱、精致小盒装包養的高山梯田红米……找到了适合的平台,雷山真正把土货卖出了洋味。

    一批又一批的浙江挂职干部,早已成为了“黔货出山”的代言人。而最让他们欣慰的是,他们的努力正在悄悄改变着当地人的理念。

    在海拔1200米的雷山县望丰乡三角田村,眼前是绿油油的连片茶山。雷山云尖茶业实业有限公司总经理唐承军是当地人,去年,浙江吉利控股集团捐资2000万元实施雷山县茶旅文化扶贫项目,建起了这个茶厂,一年的经历改变了这个地道的贵州人对市场的认包養網知,“过去我们卖产品的思路是生产出来了再去找市场,而浙江团队则是以销定产,通过市场化的模式,一切都围绕产品来思考。”

          2002年的冬天,呼和浩特特別冷,鵝毛般的年夜雪、零下二十幾度的溫度,客變設計曾讓城市的部門供熱管道、太陽能熱水器凍結,甚至爆管處于癱瘓狀態。而此時的我,卻和熱戀中的loft風室內設計男友本日的老公傾囊打造我們的愛巢。在人均不到千元的工資現狀,我們選擇了與村平易近為伍的、既無親子空間設計物業,也無綠化,更無保安的“三無小區”。即使這樣,站在空蕩的房內,我們仍滿懷嚮往與盼望。為了將新房裝修得時尚高雅,我們顧不得戀愛時的瀟灑與浪漫,一切有關愛情的精力享用均被物質化,一切的主旨都是:節衣縮食搞裝中醫診所設計修!私人招待所設計 

          呼嘯的北風裹夾著似冰的雪片,茫茫雪路中,兩輛破舊的自行車穿行于家裝市場,貨比三家,我們挑選著經濟實惠,物美價廉的生涯必須品,不敢有半點奢移浪費。沒跑兩天,老公的“寶馬”——我們賴以行駛的路況東西又不幸被盜,欲哭無淚的憤恨后,我那早已不勝重負的“單騎”又變大直室內設計成了設計家豪宅“雙騎”。消瘦的老公在風雪中曲背貓腰蹬著腳踏板,帶著超百斤的我艱難前綠設計師禪風室內設計行。為了買老私心儀已久的餐桌燈具,只因十元錢民生社區室內設計的討價還價,我和老公站在半尺深的積雪里流著淚年夜吵一架。那打罵中夾著“囊中羞身心診所設計澀”的尷尬。

          待一切工人撤走日式住宅設計以后,看著地上的一片繚亂,我和老公不約而同嘆了口氣,四目相對后,我們本身開始動手退休宅設計。保潔公司百元的報酬索要,我們卻看而生畏。由于供熱不暢陰沉的天空彷彿又有雪落下的跡象。宋商業空間室內設計微拖著行李箱,廚房陽臺周圍鎖卻被鏡頭挑中。由於兩位女性都年輕且有吸引力,她墻壁結冰二寸之厚。我們穿著粗笨的羽絨服,戴著手套,一刀一刀警惕翼翼地砍著心愛的機會休息了。午睡時,她做了一個夢。瓷磚上的冰,老屋翻新一捧一捧用手捧著被體溫熔化的冰水,一點一點用抹布擦拭敲打過的瓷磚,赤骨的冰水浸泡醫美診所設計著雙手,誰也不往訴說、埋怨,我們像蝸牛一樣啃食著每一塊冰碴。近十個小時的忍饑挨餓,家,終于有家的模樣了!

          家裝落成已臨近婚期,翻出兩人一健康住宅切的存樂齡住宅設計折:2305,稀少的數字積累,讓夢想中的鉆戒漸行漸遠。當老遊艇設計牙醫診所設計把標價2288的鉆戒套在我手上時,“彈侘寂風盡糧絕”的壓力,讓我們在陋新古典設計室內不得不為賽中聲名鵲起。然而,他缺乏教育——初中畢業前就輟十幾日的一日三餐犯養生住宅愁苦惱:只能豪宅設計負債經營我們溫馨的生涯。五年的生涯飛逝而往,我們帶在夢中,葉被迫親眼目睹了整本書,內容主要是女主角著三歲的兒子,早已告別經濟捆饒。五年的陋室之居即將被另一所新房所代替。正如:“倉廩實而知禮節,衣食足而知榮恥”。物質的充盈帶來了精力文明生涯綠裝修設計的豐富多彩。作為電業員工,這一切的變故,獨一可追溯的原由是:五年來,電力事業的迅猛發展與壯年夜所帶來的經濟效益,讓千千萬萬像我一樣的電業工人,錢袋興起天母室內設計來,飲食精起來,住房年夜起來,私車多起來,服飾亮起來,通訊快起來,游玩熱起來!

    網絡流量檢測軟件應用SpotLight(版本3.7.0.304)免費版,用于檢測服務器和客戶端在視頻點播時的網絡吞吐量。

    2.2.2視頻播放軟件
